So, I just got a "milkshake" about an hour ago. First of all, it takes a LOT for me to write bad reviews considering the amount of work it takes to even run a business. That being said, when we walked in the door we were not greeted, not one single word was spoken. I knew what I wanted pretty quickly as I saw the shake so deliciously displayed on Facebook. She was quick making it and the only words that were said was "your total is...." we went to go walk, no goodbye, have a good day nothing. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but, unfortunately when you were in customer service all of that should be put on the back burner. As I drove off, (about 15 seconds) I took a sip of the oddly watery looking shake. By the way, I got tooty fruity (or however you spell it) it was just as it looked, watery. It was super thin and gritty also. It tasted like plain water that you added a little sugar to. The only positive part was the cereal. I wanted to like it so bad because it looked so delicious. Definitely not worth 5$...
Read moreI’ve been wanting to try Serenity since it opened. I walked in and was greeted by a cozy and super clean shop. I was really hungry when I came by, and Elizabeth recommended a protein shake. I got the red velvet one, and it was so good! I drink protein shakes all of the time, and this one takes the cake for the best one. It wasn’t super heavy or rich, and it kept me full for seven hours. Yes- I timed it. It had no overbearing protein aftertaste and had a smooth texture. I’m definitely coming back and getting a mega tea when I can. Please do not be fooled by the other review on here. I’m not sure how you can confuse a protein shake with a milkshake, especially since you can see it being made in front of you, but they are definitely two different things. I’d rather have the...
