This sonic location is absolute garbage. Every time I stop here they always have some sort of problem. Corporate needs to cut their loses and shut this one down. Itās been a little over a year since I tried to eat here because the last time my order was so bad that it gave me food poisoning. In the instance today, upon first press of the button was told it would be a 8-10 minute wait and excuse given was they only have one car hop in an attempt to get me to not place an order. I then proceed to say thatās fine and tell the girl my order and she then returns exclaiming she canāt take orders right now. Thatās insane to me. When I was a teenager I worked at a Sonic in south Louisiana and our store wasnāt perfect but it puts this location to shame. They should close the doors for good on this facility because it is purely trash. They have become a permanent fixture on my places to avoid list. Somebody should clean house here at the very least. Usually I wouldnāt do this but I have had so many consecutive bad experiences here and I think Sonic headquarters should be made aware of how bad this location is and I will be personally reporting it to them. I stopped the carhop "Tugger" who said that they all go dark but they still can hear inside. After I explained how it was lit up until I pushed the button, he agreed to take my order manually once he gets inside. As he left, the order menu rebooted. It showed me that it's running Windows 7. Then it showed me all of the child processes it had to call to bring up the order menu. After a few more screens, the order menu came up. I pushed the button again and got an attendant immediately. I placed my order and when finished, the menu froze up. I had to give my carhop my card and let her go back in to run it. Sorry about that Holly. I stopped another carhop, a very sweet lady, and let her know. She says that happens a lot. Oh yeah! My stall had painted graffiti on the menu, too. Inside dining area was not open, she stated because it was filthy and she hadn't cleaned it yet and because we walked over from the Loves, we had to sit outside. But the tables outside look like they have never been cleaned. Disgusting. When we ordered, after every one thing we said, she would say, "is that it?", in a rude tone. Got sonic burger, which was covered in ketchup, the bun, the wrapper and the burger. Ordered chili cheese tots, looked burnt, tots were soft, didn't taste good. Mozzarella sticks were hot and good. Hot dogs were decent. Cheese peppers were ok. It was hard for me to enjoy anything with the table so gross. We took our food and left but I didn't want to eat anything else knowing it had been on the nasty table. Only one kiosk was working. The others were falling apart.
