Tokyo Express — Restaurant in Greenwood

Stopped here for a bite while in town for work. It wasn't bad, by far...but just ok. The customer service was decent. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly either. I opted to eat in. My food was brought out and just sat in front of me without a word. Not with an attitude though, because the person who brought it out did smile. So I was thankful for that. I'm pretty sure that the crab egg roll, though tasty, was made with imitation crab. The vegetables and steak in the hibachi were really flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken and rice, however, were a bit undercooked for me. And the rice was mediocre compared to others I've tried. All in all, the food was edible and I didn't leave hungry. But it was just ok and I'd likely only return if other local options...

I called a few minutes ago to place an order for pick up. The lady taking the order had such a nasty attitude (i,e., sarcastic and rude). She did not want to answer any questions I had. So, I politely stopped her, apologized if my questions inconvenienced her and informed her that I would not be doing business with Tokyo Express because of her NASTY attitude. I WOULD NOT Recommend this restaurant unless or until there are serious improvements in the area of Customer Service. Note: How we treat each other...

I used to live ordering the sushi at Tokyo Express, but after the service I received I will not be going back. I ordered 2 rolls of sushi (the Golden California and the Tornado Roll) among other things. There was something off with the flavor of the Tornado Roll. When I called to inform them, the lady that answered the phone was very rude and condescending, and told me there was nothing she could do.
