Bentley's Restaurant and Buffet — Restaurant in Greers Ferry

We had the buffet and it was just okay.....the boiled shrimp were amazing....and the salad was good.....but everything else on the buffet was not good....I normally love all veggies but their veggies were really awful. They all had a weird taste...I could not eat them. The brown gravy was also bad...it was from a can....and the beets on the salad bar were fermented....they did eventually bring out some fresh beets but they just put them on top of the fermented ones. We have had good experiences at Bentleys in the past...but this one was not the best. If we had never been there before...we would probably not go again...but we will give it another try...just not the buffet. But....if you love boiled shrimp.....you should...

We stopped here while site seeing. The salad bar was OK and the hot food bar was cold. The cold shrimp had red stuff sprinkled, and it really tasted bad. The waitress came to our table two times to let us know that the fish would be out soon. It never came out. When we paid out, she said she would give us a discount, but the older lady running the register did not give us a discount. When I asked about it, she ignored me and charged full price. We were very disappointed, we did stop mainly for the fish. We were there 30-45 minutes waiting on fish. We will never stop...

We decided to come to our family lake house on a rainy weekend when we were kid free. Sat night we decided we wanted to go out to eat. We decided to drive to greers ferry instead of Drasco. When we got there literally every restrauant was closed because they said they couldn't find any help. It must be because everyone works at Bentley's. Staff was great even while VERY busy. They were constantly being out fresh food to the buffet, salad bar couldn't have been better, and both our meals were very good. We will most definetly be back...
