When they first opened, this Taco Bell was amazing, which was awesome as it was the closest to my home. Now, not so much. They have screwed up our order 4 times in a row now. A few weeks back we ordered a box order with our meal. These come in a cardboard box. The nice thing about this is that it keeps that part separate for one of our kids, and makes it easier to figure out who gets what food. They put it all in one bag, and as such also crushed the hardshell tacos. They did the same thing the next time we went there, and forgot items from the box meal, the extra taco and the cheese. So the next time I made sure to ask for the box items to go “into the actual box”. Oh there was a box, but nothing from the box was in our order when we got home. The box had the double chalupa meal in it, and no where in the bag was anything from the box order. My daughter was really sad. Tonight, thought I’d give them another shot, ordered the box meal again, they again didn’t provide a box, again get home, and there is no cheese or chips this time, and everything was crammed into one bag, and crushed. This is pathetic and needs to be addressed. They do a horrible job putting the food together also, even what we do get is awful. More like something from Del Rio than Taco Bell. *Still bad service, and that girl's idiotic voice... "Just A Moment" from office space. It's she...
Read moreTried the new taco bell by Walmart, near Gretna. I never do reviews, but I can be longer say that. Used drive thru. Ordered 3 items. Nachos bell grande. Came in a box because I was told they are out of regular containers. No big deal. Got home and all chips were smashed into little pieces. Literally, there was not even one chip the size of a half of chip. Had to use a spoon, which they didn't provide along with no napkins. Item 2 was a soft shell taco. They never rolled it up, so all ingredients were all over the wrapper. Finally, item 3, a doritos locos tacos. That shell was all smashed. Upset, yeah, kind of. Called to speak with a manager, but you can't get thru on their #. Says not taking calls right now, leave a message. Didn't even identify as taco bell. Called the # back, as thought maybe I miss dialed. Nope. Left message to call me, but doubt anyone will. $8.83 wasted. Will return to the location on 168th & Harrison, but not the Gretna one. When you open a new location, take a lesson in customer service & train your people...
Read moreThis has to one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. We went there last night around 430pm we were the only car in the drive thru so we ordered a nacho bell grande combo and a chicken quesadilla combo the girl on the intercom read everything back correctly as I didn't want tomato on my items. Get to the pick up window and paid $30 dollars thought it was kinds high but didn't question it. Got the bags and noticed they were smaller than normal so drove around to check the order a we got the chicken quesadilla and a taco then we had 2 chicken chalupa's so we looked at the receipts and that was what was rang up had them make the correct ordered. We got home with the order and it was covered in tomato's. Will never go back taco johns is way better and have never had a problem or will go to Azteca Mexican restaurant for the same price and get good...
