Do not order anything from this establishment. I work very close by and with a 20 minute lunch dairy queen is one of the only options. So on Friday, January 27 I swung by for a meal. Drink, fries, and 2 PLAIN double cheeseburger. I leave the drive through to find ketchup and mustard on both burgers after opening the wrappers and inspecting them. So I head back through the drive though and inform the employee the burgers were not plain. I was not angry or rude and even told the cashier it was no big deal, things happen. They "remake" them and send me on my way. I get to back to work then take a bite to immediately taste mustard. I hate mustard as much as I now hate this particular dairy queen. I spit the food out and inspect my supposedly plain burger. After removing the top bun I can see both mustard and ketchup on the edges of the beef patty and on the edge of the top bun but not on or under the cheese, just the edge of the beef where the cheese didn't cover and the bun above that spot. This were the same burgers I had just returned. They took food items I had touched with my bare hands back to their supposedly clean food prep area, removed the top bun and top piece of cheese that had mustard/ketchup on them and replaced just those and then gave me back the same burgers thinking that's good enough and I wouldnt notice. I don't know if this was laziness or them being cheap but either way it's...
Read moreUsually have amazing service. Last few times I go on lunch and grab a mini blizzard cotton candy. From the picture it’s pink. The last few times I have purchase it the blizzard is white. I ask the lady if this was the same because most times it’s really pink. She said it was because whomever made it put more syrup that she did in it. I asked if she could put more and she did. No problem. Went back the next day. Same issue. They corrected it no issue. Today I went and same problem. I asked for extra syrup so I would have to deal with them giving me side eyes for having to correct the blizzard because it looks nothing like the photos they advertise and was charged for extra toppings. Learned my lesson and will not return. Don’t advertise, especially with a photo and then charge more when I question its differences. It’s not just a coloring it’s a flavoring. So yes there is a taste difference between the 2. The lady that came over to the window went to the register and made sure I was charged for it when she wasn’t even working the register. The gentleman apologized several times. Again, lost my business. I may buy another to post the picture of how they are...
Read moreSo were all watching everything we spend these days, and I know its small, but I have to say, the owers of dairy queen in general, really need to take a hard look at their prices, policiesand customer service training. Ok, here's the issue. Reg fry is $2.19 and a regular onion ring is $2.49, thats .30 cents difference right? Ok, right? Wrong. That being said, ordering a meal is supposed to be cheaper, right? Wrong again. If you order onion rings with your meal instead of the fries, its a .99 cent up charge for .30 cents price difference. Does anyone else not get that math? Cause I sure do not. When I ordered, I requested onion rings, the gentleman behind the counter rang me up and I paid, when I got the food, it had fries, I said hey, I ordered onion rings. So instead of doing what they should have done, and given me the onion rings as a part of customer service when it was they're mistake, no they tried to charge me the .99 cents upcharge. When I questioned the young lady that presented herself as the manager, she had an oh well attitude and said, thats store policy. So it seems to me, dairy queen should reexamine they're policies....
