I LOVE this ice cream! I came to the area to see the gorgeous sunflower fields and afterwards came here to have one of the best ice cream i have ever tasted! So silky, so fresh, for a minute it was pure bliss. I had the White Chocolate ice cream in a cup with some of there Fresh Whipped Cream on top and it was delicious! I left wondering if i should go back and buy a big tub of it! I 100% Guarantee that if you come here, you'll have some of the best ice cream you have ever tasted. If anybody from management is seeing this, i would reccomend selling the ice cream in gallon tubs because i would love to come back a buy some!

The ice cream here is delicious but pricey. They offer a large variety of flavors. I support this business because they give back in a big way with their sunflowers every summer. Each year they grow fields of sunflowers and sell bouquets of them in July. They give over $125,000 to charity. There's a corn maze as well. It was an ingenious idea to diversify this way as a means to build the business while helping a good cause. Once the sunflower sales are done, the cows come in and eat the remaining plants. Birds also flock to the fields to take advantage of the seeds. Win-win.

I can only speak for the sunflower fields, as the line was super long for ice cream (which was no big deal but something to consider when going). The sunflower fields were superb and offered plenty of great views. Going during the Make-A-Wish event is recommended so you can get. Sunflower to take home. There are bees there, so be ready for buzzing near the ears. The bees are calm though, they mind their business. Definitely recommend for kids and families for a nice summer day. Couples and flower fans will also enjoy the scenes.

738 on a Sunday thank God at least the ice cream is good. I get it, it's the end of the day, but repeatedly attempting to inject the conversation with pleasant words being met with stone cold, gruff one word replies. No acknowledging of the order bu reading it out loud, no simple thanks for the two and change tip on an order of two items, with no modifications?

I came here in a semi cranky mood, figuring the nostalgia, world class ice cream and atmosphere would help sprinkle (bad pun intended) a bit of magic to help change that around.

Instead, I'm left with a sense of bitter annoyance and leave in a worse mood than I arrived.

Seruously, I don't expect a red carpet laid out, and being in customer relations for years, I've started many an interaction short and snippy... or felt pushed into that mood but my lord, I almost always catch myself, especially when the people are pleasant.

So, what exactly did we do? We didn't arrive three minutes before close? It's not like our sixty second order, made her night longer...

Ugh,seriously, I'm fuming in self righteousness right disciplinary action taken at previous jobs over much less,, and sometimes when not even in the wrong. Are still get 4 stars, due to many years of excellence and happiness, but when recommending the place, it will probably come with an obnoxious recount of the experience with the worst...

What a great place!! The excitement and joy in the air at Buttonwood Farm is contagious. As you pull up, the air is filled with the wonderful smell of the fresh waffle cones. The lines are long but the sounds of family and friends chatting makes the wait enjoyable. The long lines are quickly and efficiently managed by friendly and competent staff. We had eight in our party and the staff nailed our order perfectly!! The ice cream is delicious and freshly made. Cherry vanilla, mint chocolate chip, graham cracker, coconut, and coffee reese’s were some of our favorite flavors. The freshly made waffle cones are worth every penny. They are hosting the Make-a-Wish campaign and raising money for them through the sale of sunflowers. This is a great farm with really...

Delicious ice cream! VERY creamy!! Get the home made cone...it's crispy and delish! If you go in July you'll get to see the beautiful sunflower gardens. There's one to walk through and just enjoy and there's another one across the street for "cut your own"!! All the donations go to Make A Wish Foundation. Be aware - it's an open field so bring a hat and use your sunscreen. Or wear a gauzy long sleeve cover-up.

So many pollinators buzzing around it's incredible! So if you've got allergies cover up, be aware the bees were there first, be sure to bring your EpiPen, stay alert or away!!! They don't usually bother you if you ignore them and don't make them mad😘🐝🐝🐝

BUT... the sunflowers are...
