Got a large turkey grinder. Took a bite of bad turkey and a soggy grinder. Called to let them know. The lady that I spoke to told me she can't refund me unless she asks her manager. Still have not heard anything from them about a refund. So I guess they don't stand behind there product, so I will never return there. Poor customer service. Edit: I asked the lady if she needed my number to give to the manager and her response was: "no you just left here. I have your info. (Besides I ordered online so my number is on the receipt. ) Also I pre ordered the grinder an hour in advance and put down the time I needed it. It looked as though it sat in the fridge for the hour it was preordered. And YES the grinder was definitely bad. When I got to work I had my boss try a bite because I was surprised that it was bad and she agreed that something in that grinder was bad.
