Dunkin' — Restaurant in Groton

Switched over from Starbucks and have been extremely annoyed with this location. Will be avoiding this location going forward.

They can’t handle curbside orders. You’ll end up waiting 20 plus minutes for an order when you have kids screaming in the car (and baby). Making me regret ordering. For us moms, if you can’t handle curbside orders. Turn them off instead of wasting our time.

I walked in (ordered 20 mins ahead of time). Order was not ready yet. Literally had one woman working at the busiest time in the morning on a weekday. She then yells for people to come help her and 5, yes FIVE, employees walk behind the counters to start doing their job (8:30AM on a weekday). There were 10 people waiting for orders. All in all it took 45 mins from the time I ordered to get two coffees.

My husband picked up an order today and they were out of bagel twists. The woman in charge was extremely rude and said “we don’t have them” without offering any substitutions. My husband asked if he could have another item (given we paid in advance) and she said “JUST THROW IT IN THE BAG”. Without offering to warm it up or ask if he wanted anything on it.

Starbucks is overpriced, but I never have to deal with lazy employees who hate their job and take it out...

When taking my Dad to his physical therapy sessions nextdoor, I come to this fairly new & modern Dunkin'on a regular basis. This new Dunkin' has been around for about a year now in Groton, MA, located off of Rte 119 adjacent to Shaw's across the street (Boston Rd), Nashoba Family Medicine, Nashoba Sports & Physical Therapy and Rollstone Bank. This store offers On Tap service, curbside pickup and mobile ordering. This location is fairly busy, with it on a fairly regular basis taking Doordash, Uber Eats & GrubHub orders along with constant mobile orders coming from the Dunkin' app. This Dunks has a very friendly and efficient staff while often completing orders in a timely fashion with getting your order right the first time. This place sucks. Every time I order ahead here it takes 10- 20 minutes for them to come out with my food, which defeats the whole purpose of the "beat the line" advertisement. Today was the 3rd time this month this has happened (its the closest dunks to me but I try to avoid it for this very reason) and when they did ultimately bring my food out it was ice cold. I've got a newborn and 6yo in the car which is why I order to pickup and no way of getting her food fixed because- surprise surprise- their phone lines are down! It seems like they employ teenagers who just really don't care or that they actively ignore the pick up orders despite the advertising that it's meant to be faster.
