Kurosumi Kitchen — Restaurant in Groveland

My husband recently made the hour-long trip to pick up food from Kurosumi Kitchen in Groveland, and it was absolutely worth every minute!

The Signature Pork Ramen was a standout—its rich, flavorful broth paired perfectly with the traditional noodles and smoked pork belly. The Signature Beef Ramen was equally impressive, featuring tender beef and that delightful smoked pork belly. The Single Meat Skewers were juicy and bursting with flavor, while the Housemade Miso Soup offered a wonderfully comforting touch. I paired it with Steamed White Rice and the Ribeye-Wrapped Ball, which was cooked to perfection with an outstanding soy-based signature sauce.

The Pork Dumplings, enhanced by the soy-based dipping sauce, were another highlight. Every dish was exceptional. My husband told me the pickup process was seamless. I wholeheartedly give Kurosumi Kitchen 5 stars—don’t miss out!

First off the guys who work there are super cool dudes! I've had lunch here the last two days. I got the chicken and beef skewers on the first day and you get a GENEROUS portion. It was really delicious. I didn't realize how I would get so much and brought the leftovers home and everyone agreed they are seriously delicious. Today I had the chicken sandwich and fries. I highly recommend the spicy mayo. The breading and crisp were excellent and again, the size of the chicken sandwich was generous and overflowed the bun! The fries were reminiscent of 5 guys fries but were definitely better. I would absolutely, and have been, recommending this place to everyone. 100%...

I have tried a few different items from Kurosumi Kitchen, and I have to say that everything was EXCELLENT! Out of the view things I tried, what stood out the most to me was the Ramen. The broth was full of flavor, I had a good size portion of noodles, and the smoked pork was just the icing on the cake. The ramen was so good that I ordered a second bowl for lunch the next day! I also really enjoyed the Steamed Buns. The Bao was soft and fluffy and the smoked chicken was perfectly cooked. If you are looking for some authentic Japanese dishes, I highly recommened giving Kurosumi...
