People are rude with visitors, there's a big parking lot on front however neighbors park like riding a horse at the very front of the street blocking the others people cars, I use to spend 3 and up to 5 weeks of the year there, I will never be in that place again, hopefully in the future I will place a great bakery there just to kick out...
