Subway — Restaurant in Guánica

Nice location, parking is limited, clean and neat, customer service is unprofessional, they get distracted easily and they will mess up your order, when I went back to get a new sandwich because they gave me the order wrong they catch an attitude and made my sandwich so saggy with the extra sauce I didn't asked. I will never go back I rather go to another location. I asked for the manager and when she came to the front she told me that the employees was on training and to please be patient and understand. But If they are on training who is training them when you are no where around them to help them? While I waited I witnessed They were only two employees in the front during a rush and I heard one telling the other to do it however that the drive thru has a timer and they need to move because its been 20 minutes. Now if that person is training the other employee how things will run over there when they don't care about our orders. It's expensive to buy a combo and that its not made exactly how you wanted. So what's the point of me ordering food?

How many employees did you lose this month because every time I was visiting I was seeing new faces.

I don't recommend it. I'm neither visiting again.

I wonder if this is those types of franchise. That they invest without knowledge of customer service who hires young people to take advantage of them while they are degrading the name of a good company. It's disappointing for new customers who come from outside like me Im from Arecibo and I stopped by before heading back home from Playa...
