GC Ramen — Restaurant in Guam

My daughter wanted ramen and we stay in Chalan Pago. Most Ramen places are a ways away, but then I remembered seeing this place right outside Flora Pago estates. Took a chance on it and asked for an order of their most popular ramen and their honey walnut shrimp.

They. Did. Not. Disappoint.

For the two dishes i spent about $22.00

First, I totally appreciated how they seperate the noodles from the ramen. It had a nice chunk of I guess what we would call shank in it and I'm pretty sure there was a hint of coconut milk in the broth. I could be wrong, but it was tasty. Second, the papaya side dish was probably the best pickled papaya I've ever had. It was crunchy and a little bit sweet. Lastly, the honey walnut shrimp was perfectly coated...

Take-out only. I’d categorize this as Chinese/ Filipino cuisine. The ramen is not their best dish. TAKE OUT ONLY. I stopped by to get some chicken and they had a lot of options. The portions were Big and Great. Found it funny and acceptable that I got a whole plate of chicken and a little portion of rice. No complaints other than it's only take out. Doesn't appear to have indoor seating yet but maybe one day. Call ahead seemed to be quicker than ordering there. It was not expensive...
