KFC — Restaurant in Guam

I went into this KFC restaurant today for the first time at 3:30 pm to purchase a 15 piece box of mixed chicken. Tendy is the cashier who waited on me. For the most part she seemed pretty nice. The total of my order was $28.50. When gave her the money, I put two $20 bills in her hand. But when she gave me back my change, she laid it on the counter and abruptly walked away instead of putting it in my hand. As I waited on my chicken, I watched her to see how she treated the other customers. I quickly realized that I was the only one she treated this way. I wondered if it was because I was also the only African American in the establishment? Before I left, I was going to check my order to make sure it was correct but I was so upset that I left. It was hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I was treated this way. After I got home, I realized that my order was wrong AND she had put only given me 13 pieces of chicken instead of 15 pieces. When I placed my order, I specifically told her that I wanted a mixed box of about equal white and dark meat. Instead, she gave me 2 chicken breast, 4 drumsticks and 7 short thighs. NO WINGS AT ALL! I was so disgusted and disappointed. I will never visit this establishment...

It’s very rare for KFC Mangilao to get my order correct. Once we complained two times that our order was wrong so the manager decided to make it for us herself, she still got it wrong. Embarrassing.

If you spell out your order for them, they’ll retaliate and load you up on wings and drumsticks.

A couple days ago, we emphasized that we wanted cornbread with our 9 piece meal and reminded them that they always get this wrong and give us biscuits instead of corn bread. We were being very blunt with them. I guess they didn’t like this little bit of honesty, So, when we opened our 9 piece box, 6 of the pieces were drumsticks. I don’t know if this was servers revenge or coincidence, but who wants 2/3 of their box filled with drumsticks? Who does this?

Other times, we would ask for more white meat. They would give us 2 rib meat, 1 breast meat, then load us up with drumsticks and wings.

It doesn’t matter if you’re nice and patient with the staff or rude and obnoxious, they will not give you good...

I went through the drive through and the employee named Tristan wasn't really cooperative and we had a hard time hearing him and he didn't really listen after multiple times on the phone and in the drive thru.So we were waiting for the total and he didn't say anything for us to go ahead to pay.But I give it a 2,for getting the order right(at least).So he(Tristan) needs to have better customer service to all the costumers...
