I was disappointed in this place. 1. The wait time for our food was over an hour. 2. When we got our food, it was not worth the wait at all. We ordered Mero Nuggets and they had zero flavor, and every bite felt like I was bitting into fat covered in batter. We also ordered tostones and homemade French fries. The French fries were soggy and covered in grease. The only reason I am giving one star is because of the pastelillos that I ordered were great. The pastelillos de Chapin and camarones were great, but everything was not worth the price that they sold it at. The service was terrible, if you are not looking to sit down for and hour and a half then don't go there. We waited longer to get the food then eat it. Hace muchos pero muchos años que vamos en familia a este lugar, se de lo que hablo. Pero no se le hace mejoras al establecimiento hace mucho tiempo. La Sra. que cocina tiene un buen sazón, pero un día como ayer, que la entiendo por ser el día de la amistad, ella estaba sola en la cocina, solo 2 jovencitos que le ayudaban a llevar los platos a la mesa correspondiente y las 3 empleadas que atendían en las mesas solo la criticaban a todo lo que da!! en vez de entrar a la cocina a darle una manita. El lugar estaba lleno, nosotros esperamos 3 horas y 15 minutos para que llegaran los aperitivos, la pobrecita en la cocina bien ajorada con tanta comida que hacer y sola, en un momento William entro a darle la manito un ratito.
