Subway — Restaurant in Gulfport

My husband went to this place to order a couple of foot long sandwiches. I ordered the basic Black Forrest ham with light veggies. When he got home, I took half of my sandwich and got comfortable on the couch. To my shock, the sandwich had one thin layer of ham. One. This is the deli thin slice. One. So for a foot long, it may have a total of 5 thin ham slices. No layers. I asked my husband and he stayed the manager made the sandwich and did see he placed a thin piece of ham but thought it was just the first layer. Um, no. I don't care for a whole lot of meat in my sandwiches but a normal amount would be nice. Totally disgusted. My husband said it could be that they ran out because a soccer team was just leaving as he got there. No excuse. Especially if it was the manager who made.my sandwich....

I ordered online through the subway app and had DoorDash doing the delivery. My order was voided so I attempted to call and no one answered. I assumed the money would be refunded automatically. This same situation happened at another subway location and fixed the situation no problem however they explained that subway app doesn’t automatically refund. This led me to check the other order to see if it had been refunded which it had not. So I called the store explained the situation they told me to come in and were honestly rude about it. I am disabled and ordered a sandwich online with curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes until it was obvious no one was going to deliver my order. I tried calling three times but they wouldnt pick up. I had to wrestle to get my walker out of my Jeep and slowly go to the counter. No one was there, customers or employees. The Circle K employee had to get her. I asked why they had not brought my order and she yelled that i had not ordered curbside. Instead of giving me my order, she said to get a refund online! You try to get a refund online. Impossible.
