Fusion Coffee, Brunch & Restaurant — Restaurant in Gurabo

I cannot rave enough about this place. We ordered the fried cheese and the chorizo. The cheese came with a delicious guava sauce that I could have eaten forever. The chorizo was almost a meal in itself, the flavors complementing both apps. We had the pumpkin pancakes as our main dish (all dishes are always available, so if you want a brunch or late breakfast THIS is the place for you). The pancakes were huge but surprisingly fluffy for their size. The three pancakes are enough for 2 to share, but I wouldn't share such delicious food with anyone, I hoarded them completely! They come with cream and butter and are sprinkled with cinnamon, and that brings out the pumpkin flavor across perfectly.

As if this place wasn't already perfect enough, they are also animal friendly, with a designated area for you and your well behaved pooch to dine in. The servers were very warm and polite, and very attentive to your needs . I will...

Everything we had tonight was exceptional! We recently moved to Gurabo and wanted to try a new local place and we were not disappointed! I think this is our new favorite spot. My partner started with a mocha coffee and said it was amazing. I’m not a coffee drinker so I had a phenomenal passion fruit lemonade. He got a Coke to go with the meal. He got the chicken mozzarella sandwich and fries and I got the Puerto Rican Pasta. Both were delicious and huge portions. We were stuffed and didn’t have room for dessert but we decided to get a chocolate chip cookie, cheesecake, and another passion fruit lemonade to go so we could eat at home. The desserts were out of this world good as well. Our total for one coffee, one Coke, two lemonades, two huge meals, and two scrumptious desserts after tax was only $52. The service was great and everyone was extremely friendly as well! We will definitely be frequent customers...

My experience in Fusion was not great. There was a nasty stinky cat blocking the main entrance. My friend made a reservation for a group of 10 and they didn't have it available and they made us wait for a hour outside. There was bad communication, the manager said one thing and the waitress said another. The food wasn't like in the pictures in there sites. They gave me foam bowl for my food... It was suppose to be ceramic. It was over crowded, it was out of code in any restaurant or public...
