Los Tres Grandes — Restaurant in Gurabo

Have done dine in and take out of multiple plates but I will focus in what was the best for me. Mixed feelings!! I have been a fan of pechuga milanesa from my toddler years. I am 35 years old and have tried all pechugas milanesas over every restaurant I have been in Puerto Rico and believe me when I say the BEST was cooked in here. I would eat their pechuga milanesa two times a week easily. Recently, either the chef changed or the whole recipe changed or both. I feel truly sad about the changes since now the five star plate has come down to a three star plate. Today is the second time I tried the new recipe and have confirmed my disappointment. I have also being in love with what I considered the best trifongo and again its no longer the same recipe from a year ago. The service is super kind as always. Although the time to serve food can truly get as long as one hour. The atmosphere is ok. To improve so I suggest some “loud” and very “strong” music that gets played from the playlist at the restaurant to be removed. Since the wait is a bit long we had the time to listen to what both my mother in law and myself received as harsh music that got us very unsettled. A muchos comerciantes se les suben las chuletas como dicen por ahí y ni el ser cristiano como promueven hacen la diferencia. Fui hoy y pedí una mesa q en realidad era para 4 personas, le indique q vengo de una cirugía y q necesitaba una mesa más cómoda y cerca del baño, la mesera me indicó q no se podía, es entonces q decido irme y al irme llame y la gerente me atendió y me dijo q son instrucciones a lo q respondí ok pero la tealidad es q no hay comensales solo 2 personas pero q mi queja la llevaré al dueño y colgué en espacio de 1.minuto recibo la llamada de la dueña y me indico que son imstrucciones de ella por q el salón podía estar vacío pero en cuestión de minutos se le iba a llenar y no puede estar moviendo clientes de mesas en mesas. Todo lo q decía era absurdo y defendiendo su postura, cabe señalar q me identifique e incluso sabe q soy clienta fiel, pero pues obvio ellos no van a perder. Apoya lo de aquí dicen pero si cuando hablas con el dueño y se preocupa mas.por decir q ese es su negocio y q la empleada hacia su trabajo y q son instrucciones de ella pues ahí vemos lo q pasa. Gracias por todo el tiempo q fui la comida siempre EXQUISITA, SABROSA, MESERAS AMABLES Y EL AMBIENTE ACOGEDOR justo lo q hoy necesitaba. peeeerooooo por una mesa no pude deleitarme y por lo q veo JAMAS lo haré, no quería creer sobre la arrogancia de su dueña como me habían comentado antes, pero le doy A+ al dueño q si tiene amabilidad. Ahora le contesto a la dueña decir Dios te bendiga en el tono q lo dijo en manera de sarcasmo para terminar la conversación deja mucho q decir de su cristianismo o lo q dice o aparenta ser, q lástima que muchos "cristianos" se refugian en la palabra y a la hora de hacer valer esa palabra y hacer la diferencia se cuelgan y se les ve la costura.
