I ordered a medium veggie pizza, breadsticks, and a 2-liter Sprite. When I got home, I was shocked to find that both the pizza and the breadsticks were so burnt I had to salvage whatever I could from the center just to eat. The outer edges were completely charred and tasted like charcoal.
What’s even more frustrating is that the person who made the food and the girl at the counter clearly saw the condition of my order—and still decided to hand it over without a word. I would’ve gladly waited an extra 20 minutes for a fresh one, but instead, I paid $36 for something barely edible.
