Mambo Pizza — Restaurant in Gurabo

I ordered a medium veggie pizza, breadsticks, and a 2-liter Sprite. When I got home, I was shocked to find that both the pizza and the breadsticks were so burnt I had to salvage whatever I could from the center just to eat. The outer edges were completely charred and tasted like charcoal.

What’s even more frustrating is that the person who made the food and the girl at the counter clearly saw the condition of my order—and still decided to hand it over without a word. I would’ve gladly waited an extra 20 minutes for a fresh one, but instead, I paid $36 for something barely edible.

I called the restaurant to share my experience and was told a note would be left "for next time." Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time. You've lost a customer, and I won’t be recommending Mambo...

This is my 1st negative review ever but this place really deserves it. The hostess was very kind and found us (my wife and me) a very good table. After that it all went south. Three different waitresses past us by and not even a "Welcome, I'll be with you shortly or anything to drink?". I went to the hostess after 20 min to tell her that no one has taken our order yet. If you are looking for a nice spot to pick up a nice cold beer and a hot pizza look no further. This place makes the best pizza I've tasted in a while. The right condiments and the perfect texture are the things that will jump at you once you taste it. The atmosphere is welcoming and they also have an outdoor dining space. The personnel are highly attentive and always with a smile they can make great recommendations on everything in the menu and they do make you feel welcomed. All in all, this place is an...
