It's absolutely perfect. Great oysters that are prepared in a variety of ways. Roasted, raw, and fried. The raw oysters with a variety of mignonette were a real treat and incredibly delicious. Roasted oysters with a variety of butters to choose from were amazing. Roasted with butter really enhanced the flavor of the fresh oysters. The fried oysters are an excellent choice and are plump and perfectly crispy. There was a choice of Asian slaw or chips. The Asian slaw was a perfect compliment to the fried oysters or any dish. The oyster banh mi sandwich was fantastic, like a po boy, but with the carrot, red onion, and cilantro cucumber you would expect in a banh mi. You can mix and match mignonette on raw oysters, and you can mix and match butter on roasted oysters to try the different flavors. There was an oyster stew on the menu, which must have been great because it was a logical savory choice on a cool fall day. The most delicious roasted oysters and superb fried oysters, the tacos and bahn mi sandwiches are super tasty too - and every item on the menu is budget friendly. Really, there's absolutely nothing to NOT like, it's all fresh made by Tom and team, who are the BEST crew - friendly and kind and sincere, real pros. The view, just WOW, romantic vibes with chill tunes. And truly people, when visiting this place, you're a real jerk if you even mention merroir as a comparable (too many times I have heard this falsity mumbled when dining on my oyster feast). Great place to enjoy fresh local oysters and fantastic view. Everything was great about this place. We ordered Raw Oysters,Roasted Oysters , Oyster Banh Mi, Fried Oyster, Pork Taco and kids Hot Dog. First time trying Banh Mi with the fried oyster, what a surprise! It was delicious, the bread was warm and not chewy, oyster were not over fried. It was perfect how they prepared it.
