The Parlour — Restaurant in Hadley Township

I have been a customer for several years. I live in Hadley! Understandably, They have raised prices. But they have consistently and continually skimped on ingredients in all of their offerings. I just spoke to the manager. He maintained that he personally prepared my latest order and because I have called to complain numerous times, he refused to acknowledge that my concerns had any validity and he refused to discuss this issue any further. Ok. Basically I need to go elsewhere. Not a good business practice. Stay away. Spend your money wisely. Do not order from The Parlour in Hadley MI unless you wish to be disappointed...

I haven't had a parlour pizza in a long time so I decided to splurge on calories and have a treat. I remember their calzones and round pizzas were fantastic. This time I oppted for a deep dish square cheese pepperoni. When I returned home and opened the box, I found a rectangular shaped pizza with huge round corners shaped by hand. This was no way related to anything baked in a pan. No crisp corners were found. "Deep dish" ? There was nothing "deep" about this pizza. Very disappointed. My husband and I drove to The Parlor in Hadley to get their Jacked Up Tennessee Toffee ice cream (made by Ashby's), but they didn't have their "summer stock flavors" in yet. Such a disappointment as this is the best ice cream I've ever tasted!!! I have had this flavor here before, and their sandwiches are pretty good, too. I will go back in the summer in hopes they have the Jacked...
