Original Brothers Pizza of Stormstown — Restaurant in Halfmoon Township

Have gone here for years - eating in and take out. Food is always good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I went to pick up my food the other eve that wasn’t quite done yet and I watched my cannoli’s being prepared. First the young lady had her mask on, then pulled it by grabbing it at the nose area to her chin when a young man came out from the kitchen. He also did the same thing and they conversed using the hand that they just had up to their nose to pick up the shell and fill with cream with theIt masks pulled down. The girl had also just used the cash register to take payment from someone before making the cannolis with no gloves. I tried not to care, but ended up throwing the cannolis out when I got home. Thought they should have put gloves in when going from register to food prep or cleaning to food prep. I wasn’t the only customer waiting, but all customers had masks on. 3 times I saw the kid from the kitchen pinch his mask at the nose area and pull It down, then back up to readjust. I have to wear masks at work, etc, so I get it. But U gotta keep your hands away from it. Feel bad for the 3 stars guys, your food is good, but care and good follow through with sanitary food prep during this time . . . U need to...

My men and I are working close to this restaurant. So on our first day we stopped after work to order a pizza for the long ride home. They told us 20 - 25 minute wait. 45 minutes later and still no pizza. I asked for my money back and she gave me $26 dollars back on a pizza that cost me $38 bucks that I didn't even get. Crooks! Very poor management. These people do not care about there walk in customers. They are all about takeout. My guys and I planned on eating lunch here for the next 3 or 4 weeks. Very good subs. The homemade rolls are delicious as is the sharp provolone cheese they use. Unlike some other reviewers, my order had a decent amount of the meat toppings.

This would be a 5-star review but they forgot the cheese for the cheese fries. Seems to be a common occurrence as another recent reviewer stated they experienced the same problem. I wonder if it isn't a problem with the order system they use... maybe it's easy for the kitchen to overlook? I also ordered oil and vinegar on the side for the subs and that was included...
