Johnny Macaroni's — Restaurant in Halifax

If you are doing a big event please choose someone else for your catering needs. My parents had my brothers graduation party yesterday. Party started at 630 PM. They placed a large order here for a pick up of 6PM. They had all day to do this and whatever else they needed. When they arrived to pick up the order. They were told it was not ready. They did not have an order that was ordered well in advanced ready and prepared for pickup at the time discussed. Everything went well up until it was pickup time for this place. They even had to send one of there workers with the rest of the order to the event location because they didn’t have time to fix there mistake. The food was extremely late to the party, for a careless error. No apology, and only $200 refund for such a large mistake. My Fiancé and I were going to go through them for our wedding in 2025 for food for about 300 people. But not now. This is one thing I do not want to deal with on my wedding. Good job guys! Disappointed.

I called in a chicken brocolloi ziti plate & the appetizer plate along with fries. Specifically asked for blue cheese, did not receive it after coming home and checking the food.

No marinara either, for fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks. 😅

Called @ 545pm, was told it would be ready in 30 mins, i get there @ 635pm and still have to wait in my vehicle for 10 mins and call to see what was up.

Also called to complain about this and was just told they will let the kitchen staff know & that’s the end of that. No apologies, no credit back on my card for the meal that was incomplete,

This goes for Halifax location only I've been to e. Bridgewater and their excellent no complaints at all that's why I'm giving 3 stars Halifax was horrible now my stomach is upset really poor quality the sauce in the chicken broccoli Alfredo was water the chicken was kinda chewy and the serving was really small compared to e. Bridgewater. I should have thrown it out but I paid 13 dollars for it I wasent about to waste my money but I will never go to that location again highly...
