Do yourself a favor and do not order delivery from this restaurant. The company they use for delivery is terrible. I placed an order and after three calls to the Zingmyorder customer service line I tried to cancel my order. It had been two hours since the order was initially placed and I had no status on when my food would be arriving. Then I got a call from an Uber driver and he said the restaurant never got my order. So I attempted to call Zing again to request a refund. They confirmed that I would be able to get a refund after they call the restaurant. I had to feed my family so I started to prepare dinner, two and a half hours later. I called Doshirock to ask if the order was ever placed and the man I spoke to confirmed the food was made, but I explained to him that the delivery man said my order was not at the restaurant and that I just wanted a refund because I already had dinner from elsewhere. Then I get a doorbell notification showing them dropping off the food on my wet porch. I called Zing again and they advised that I could not receive a refund since the food was delivered. Read moreOrdered online at 8:45pm. Place closes at 10pm. Order was confirmed online, refreshed the page to be sure. Waited 35 min, and went to pick up food at instructed time {9:30}. Customers still inside eating, restraunt still open for 30 min more. I was told my order was canceled the moment it was received. No online notification. No bother to call us on the number we left in the order, nor any cancelation notification via the email we sent. There was also no online order cutoff or message saying it was too late to get the order. They showed us that our card wasnt charged on their end, but It did go through with our bank. I don't mind missing the meal, but I feel that the customer should at least be notified of a cancelation- especially if the online service for ordering doesn't do so. Also the 3rd issue I've had trying to order from here, online, and in person. Really was excited to support this place, but 3 times of not being able to get a proper order {out of ingredients 2x}, or an order at all, and I don't think I'll be trying again unfortunately. I'd say call to place your order, as the food is still good from the time I had it, and don't use Menufy, as they dont send out cancelation...
Read more⚠️ Long: A young woman took my order yesterday, when she brought it out it was not what I ordered. When I told her that's not what I ordered she said we don't have what you ordered. So I said you just decided to give me whatever you wanted? Why didn't you tell me this when I ordered?...she walked away from me and I had to wait for her by the register, waiting to get my order fixed or reimbursed or maybe she might ask me what I would like instead....nope she does none of that and comes to me and says the cook is gonna make an exception and make what i ordered???? I'm confused to guys. She comes back out takes my whole order back and brings back what I initially ordered. At this point I'm still waiting for fried rice that was for the kids. She walked over to a lady waiting and said sorry we are out of fried rice....so I know she can be nice..she doesn't tell me anything though. After 45 minutes my kids get fried rice that was not fried rice.... Two others there waited an hour to get there to-go order, and we were the only ones there. Food was distasteful and not worth the wait or the rude service. Yes guys my gangsta was tested but i kept my cool 😭 will not...
