Subway — Restaurant in Hamel

Went there on 6/4/19. Told the manager i had talked to an employee a couple weeks ago that i called and spoke to a employee ( because at the time they didnt have a manager) that my turkey tasted like bird. And shr said that they would replace it. So...the manager that i told this to was not going to replace it at first. He was soooooooo not nice. And he kind of argued with me abt it. Then after 15min of discussing this he finally replaced my sandwich. But he wasnt nice abt it. I will not be back because of the manager. He was that hateful. I almost cried because of how he was acting. And the turkey when he replaced it was semi warm. Not good at all. I was disappointed. They use to be good and staff friendly ...but not anymore. always have such a great experience with the employees here, and i LOVE that it's open 24 hours. every time i eat here the bread i get has gotten progressively more hard and stale. it doesnt really ruin the whole sandwich, but it's noticable. it's not an issue any of the store employees have, it's a corporate issue. it's never the employee's fault for the food they get shipped and told to serve, but maybe subway should do a better job of the way its packaging and storing the bread for transportation. overall good experience, i just wish the...

Haven't been to a subway in a long time and my kiddo wanted to try it. She is a picky kiddo and I wanted to get her a child sandwich. She simply wanted pepperoni and cheese on a kid bun and I was told it wasn't possible and they only had a few options for kid sandwiches (ham, turkey, or tuna). So ended up with two six inch sandwiches. Hadn't been to subway in a long time. Staff was nice enough. Hoping it was a policy, not just being rude. Pricey but not worse than everything else...
