Mr Vetoes Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

As someone new to the Dodge City area, I'm happy to have a place like Mr. Vetoe's Pizza. My girlfriend and I, and several family and friends, have already been several times, and each visit solidifies its place as a fantastic local spot.

First, the pizza is excellent! The sauce is a real standout – very robust and flavorful. They're also incredibly generous with their toppings, which is always a huge plus. Beyond the pizza, their cheese bread is equally delicious and highly recommended.

Whole the pizza and cheese bread is great, do not skip the ice cream! It is, without exaggeration, "crazy good." The ice cream is incredibly creamy, and their portion sizes are almost comical – even a "small" is massive. They do not cheap out on the mix ins in their flurries either. It's funny how generous they are!

Beyond the great food, the staff at Mr. Veto's are consistently friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Their prices are average.

All in all, Mr. Veto's Pizza is a really great place to have in Dodge City. Either for their delicious pizza, cheesy bread, or an unbelievably good (and huge!) ice cream, this spot is a local gem that I highly recommend.

High price, poor quality and incompetent staff. Unsatisfactory expensive experience. Pizza was O.K. , the BBQ ribs were barely hot and over sauced but both edible. The two orders of undercooked rubbery chicken wings...nobody would touch. We had to finish cooking them in the air fryer! When I called to inform the "manager" she basically argued with me about the length of time they were cooked and "everyone else likes them." She never offered to remake them, and when I asked if she would refund JUST the wings I was told she doesn't have the authority. (?) So, take your chances here. If you have raw wings or a wrong order ...don't waste your time calling for help. She doesn't have the authority. I should also mention she told me the owners would be contacting me. They never did. When we called them today, we were told they only handle those calls on Saturday, I must have missed those calls. Lol! No voicemail was left.
