Watering Hole Cafe — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Myself and 5 friends stopped for a beer and something to eat. I ordered a shrimp cocktail. It took about 45 minutes to be served. The place was almost empty. The excuse I got was that the shrimp had to be cooked and then had to be cooled so that my shrimp cocktail could be cold. Come on now. I'm surprised they didn't say they had to go catch the shrimp. Unexpected. The pirogi stirfry was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly welcoming and efficient. The drinks were great, the portions were very generous, it was a nice experience. When we pulled in the lot we thought it was this little hole in the wall place. I’m so glad that we went inside. If I lived closer I would be here often. Don’t let the bar look fool you there...

The Watering hole is a hidden gem. Sundays in the warmer months they have an out door bar with live music. The food is out of this world. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I ride there from Pennsylvania just for Byrons smokehouse chicken. They have horseshoe pits volleyball nets as well as a baseball field. Its biker and family friendly. Hope our paths cross...
