I had a distressing encounter at “ Los Tacos Chilangos “ the taco truck located is Hamilton OH around 1130 pm after a long 12-hour shift I decided I wanted tacos and went! I then found myself surrounded by a group of about 8 or 9 men who were speaking Spanish and pointing at me. I felt trapped and called out for help from the taco truck vendor, but he laughed and ignored my pleas. This experience left me feeling frightened, shaken, and traumatized. I immediately contacted the authorities, which prompted the individuals to back away. I cannot express enough how terrified I was in that moment. I will not be returning to that establishment and hope that appropriate actions are taken. It is essential for everyone's safety that incidents like these are addressed seriously and thoroughly. There are a few taco trucks throughout Hamilton, however, this one is by far the absolute best. The $3/taco and $6/quesadilla are decently priced, as they are packed with flavor and plenty of meat. I was so excited to get tacos the other day, I don't go by there very often, so it's a delicious treat when I do. The "corn in a cup", was mouth watering just like the tacos. I also got a wonderful surprise when I realized that behind the truck, in the building, there is a window that serves TAMALES!!! I have to rate this place a 10/5, the tamales really put them over the top in comparison with any other truck and all fast food places. I have been coming here for years & have always had such a wonderful experience, the food is delicious & the owner is a very sweet man ,BUT tonight a man that claimed to be the owners son was working & he was extremely rude to me & had a very arrogant attitude towards me , he wasn't helpful at all, he charged me an extra dollar for taco sauce which has NEVER been an issue with me before EVER & i repeatedly told him ive never been charged for that before & just kept saying "well thats other people,not me."
