I don't pick on restaurants for being busy. I pick on them for being understaffed, which it is. As 20+ people lined up for their order to be taken, the two poor individuals working there frantically prepare food and ice cream as wait times get longer and longer. 2/5 for service and not due to the employees
Aside from that. The prices are fair/high. The portions are smaller and the food is about what you'd expect, about 4/5
All in all, I'd stop in if you find a time where it isn't busy. If not, there's plenty of diners to get a decent...

Even with minimal staffing required by the state, a business should run smooth and fast with a proper management team. The ice cream is still Perry's but now the portions are not near as large nor is it as cheap, but with inflation nothing is anymore.
