McDonald's — Restaurant in Hamlin

The employees here always have an attitude, I always say please and thank you and they are just so rude and have an attitude to everyone. I once went for a McFlurry, I was informed they were out of Oreos so I asked if I could have a chocolate milkshake they then told me they didn’t have chocolate syrup so I said OK can I have a vanilla milkshake then they told me their machine was down. I said never mind then thank you anyways and they just completely ignored me. There have been so many times I went through drive-through and they just told me they didn’t have what I wanted then would ignore me when I said nvm. There has been one single time that the employees were nice and that was only because they knew my friends sister. Seriously if you have an option to go to a different McDonald’s I highly recommend going somewhere else. This McDonald's is very friendly unlike what you might see on our bigger city's McDonald's. The environment is inviting. They have outdoor seating. Parking in front is tricky. If you isn't careful and vehicle coming in from the road may hit you. They are very good about making you smile. Meaning of they mess up the order they are glad to fix it and they always have smile on there face. No one likes a sour butt. Speaking of sour butts, they a lot around here. I consider understanding when it comes to them not getting the order right. Maybe they've a slamed hour like to many orders at once. They do we'll if you ask me. I shop there every day. Ive seen good and bad and I understand. 3.5 rating? Come on....

The staff was very friendly and outgoing the Nuggets were good but the fries were cold like they were setting for a while. But what else I've learned about this at McDonald's they always have before hiring sign but when you fill out an application if you don't have open availability to work with scheduled they want to give whether it's morning news or nights they will not hire you. Which I seen to me to be unfair because everybody's situation...
