Sofia Supreme Subs More — Restaurant in Hammonton

Yesterday, after our strawberry picking plans were thwarted by rain, by best friend and I took our kiddos to get some icecream and fries here instead.

When we arrived, the place was empty. Great! If you have or have had little kids, you know taking them out to a restaurant can be challanging. Luckily, this was an outdoor tent next to a loud highway and there were NO other patrons there to disturb. We did attempt to curb their excitement at times, but hey- they are FOUR year olds who aren't in school yet and have had minimum contact with their friends for the last year. They were having harmless silly fun and my friend and I were squeezing in a moment to quasi-relax while they entertained each other next to us.

The food was "ok" at best, the waitresses were polite, the OWNER however is the real prompt for this reveiw. After paying our $80 bill (+ tip), we began the process of wrangling up everyone's stuff to leave. That's when the OWNER poked her head out of the kitchen to YELL at us to quiet our kids down!

Again, there are still NO other patrons at this point. Were they giddy and a little loud? Heck yeah! But they were causing no harm or disturbance to anyone. We couldn't believe an OWNER would speak to paying customers this way.

I was under the impression this was a family establishment but I would not recommend bringing young kids here. And even if you don't have young children, go somewhere else and feed...

Super Friendly Service, the girls/car hops are very attentive, we got take out. This was our first visit so we tried several things. Cheesesteak was super lean, packed with meat on a proper Liscio's/Amorosos type roll, I'd give it 4 🌟, Cheeseburger was Fabulous, at least 1/2 pound of meat, with a great flat-top crust on it, served on a Brioche style bun, I'd give it 5 🌟, Chili Cheese Dog was ok, could've been great- 1/4 pound hot dog was good, could've been great if it had been either split & grilled or seared on a flat top- their chili is VERY good, the cheese was disappointing, it was a sauce, would've been better of it was real CheezWiz or great if it was real shredded Cheddar, the Bun was a potato bun, which I love, but I guess we were looking for a textural contrast that either a grilled dog or toasted bun could've achieved, I give it 3.5 🌟, Fries & onion rings were good, better than fast food, I give them 3 🌟, the Milk Shakes are Freaking Awesome, Super thick and creamy- we had a Blueberry and a Black&White, I would recommend either. Overall a Good Road side joint that offers good quality foods & seating under an enclosed tent or car hop service...

Went there for the first and last time yesterday .All their prices are wiped out in white Looks like white out. Ordered a chilly hotdog & small soda no lie this hotdog wais only about 4 1/2 inches long. It was 10.11 for this little hotdog and a small soda. what a rip off. The hotdog wasn't even cooked properly . I would've said something but I was with company I didn't. but be warned they make their own prices up as they go the hot was like 4.65 something like that how does 5 dollars for a small soda?? REALLY avoid this place at all cost what a rip off . Never again will I go there . Ordered a chili dog didn't even get chili on it I had to go back But they managed to charge me , what a joke .WAYYYY OVER PRICED FOOD not even...
