Moo-Moo's Pub — Restaurant in Hampden

THE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We had the most amazing experience! Looking at the outside and name “pub” we were concerned we’d be bringing our 16month old into a place that wasn’t quite kid friendly… WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! The gentlemen that took care of us, John, was an absolute delight! I believe he was doing it all, taking orders, serving food, making drinks, and making friendly conversation! John was so welcoming in showing up his cabinet of children’s toys, to bringing us an antique, fully functioning, very unique high chair. John also made us feel at home, but bringing our son his water in a sippy cup, and turning my meal into two, with a small side plate for our son. The side meal was not ordered, nor expected, but this restaurant sure did make us feel special from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! We will be returning!! Came up from MA for a concert and stayed at an airbnb down the street. Moo-Moo’s came recommended from the host of the home. So after a long travel day we decided to give it a try! I cannot say enough great things about this pub and especially the owners, John and Corinne. We were welcomed with open arms into their restaurant, they went above and beyond in every single way to make the experience great for us. From answering all of our questions, frequently checking in on us to even playing our favorite song. Not to mention, they lended us butter for our airbnb… We got a couple of grilled cheeses (which are made on homemade bread) and a steak n cheese sub which were delicious! Not only did we get dinner here, but came back the next morning for breakfast. If you are in the area, this is the place to go. We are already planning a time to come...

My boyfriend and I were traveling 2 hours from our normal area to buy something from marketplace. We decided to find somewhere to eat. Moo Moo's popped up and the reviews looked good. We get there and it certainly doesn't scream for attention, it feels like a home town market, some mom and pop shop. We get in, immediately get greeted by very friendly staff. The environment was extremely comfortable. The Bartender/waiter guy was cracking jokes with us. The food was amazing. Good prices! We had pizza, a burger, and their steak fries. All delicious! They even gave us a loaf of Sourdough! We bought a huge whoopie pie from them. Super sweet people with a homey atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I know it's out of the way for a lot of people but if you're traveling through the area, they deserve...
