Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hampstead

I do not enjoy giving one star reviews however the Dunkin' Donuts located inside Depot Crossing Hampstead NH is a blemish that tarnishes the prestige of the Dunkin' Donuts franchise. I have stopped going to this location and will drive to a different Dunkin Donuts even though this particular one is more convenient on my commute. However long you anticipate the wait time at a typical Dunkin' Donuts will be "that operates on company standards and is fortunate enough to have proper management unlike this one". Double that time and then subtract the overcooked and disheveled breakfast sandwich with a bad taste of customer service watered down with a coffee that wasn't made to your liking and you will be left searching for another...

This is a very friendly store. The employees are always smiling and know guests by name along with orders. Also if you have a pup this is the dunks to go because they have milk bones to give to your little friends!!! Yes, sometimes mistakes are made but they are only human beings like the rest of the world and everyone makes mistakes. But this group of people own up to their mistakes and fix their mistakes on the spot. They want to know what can make their guests experience...
