Cafe Serendipity — Restaurant in Hampton Township

I went to this restaurant with my parents for a nice family lunch. We ordered our food and when mine came out, they substituted part of my order for something else because they didn’t have what I ordered. Instead of telling me they didn’t have what I had ordered, they just substituted. Upon questioning of this I mentioned that if I had known they didn’t have what I ordered I may have gotten something else. The owner came over and asked what else she could get me, to which I replied that it was fine and I didn’t want anything. She then said, and I quote, “Is that how you stay so thin? I don't know how this place has a 4.6. 5 all the way. I work close to Serendipity. My coworkers and myself make it a point to eat here daily. Nice filling breakfast choices like the breakfast sub, or any other sandwich. Great lunch options, my favorite being the pork tacos. I do them in a wrap. I personally and my coworkers have never been disappointed. The great staff is just the icing on the cake. Which if they had cake, I bet it...

At almost 9 dollars for a burnt cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich with semi stale bread and so little meat you can't even taste it I think Im done stopping in here. Borderline highway robbery. Also, the lack of using gloves for food prep is ridiculous. Everyone in the place is making sandwich platters, making breakfast sandwiches, handling money and whatever and just going back to it. Pretty gross...
