Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hampton

Shakeema is so rude and nasty I don't even eat there when I see her car in the parking lot. She needs to be retrained and learn how more professional in a work manner! 2 Sundays in a row I've been there at 6am 1st car in drive thru and I don't get a answer from a speaker until I drive to the window to ask if there open only for her to walk pass the window pushing a cart of ice and roll her eyes which is so unnecessary at 6am in the morning. To have me sit and wait on her to go fill her ice in the lobby only to come back to the window with a nasty attitude. Plus you have on no headset to take any orders at opening. Her: Can I help you.!!? For me to ask are yall open for her to sigh and say uh yea I'm here. If u needed more time just tell me you'll be with me in a second! Not I'm the only one up here like ur so inconvenienced because you werent ready to open at the original time! To tell me your the only one working. Which could've very much been understood but the attitude was not understood when I've been sitting here since 6 am and not leaving until almost 6:15. 15 mins after only with 2 biscuits thats not even hot. Litterrally slightly warm.Such a small order, why that much attitude with that long of a wait? Attitudes like that should remain away from customers to keep the drama away. On morning of 09/01/2025 I encounter very very rude employees doknow names neither wore name tag. if one was manger do not know then the other was at register I ask for more coffee I did not take cup from my table because I had a litter lift so I ask for another refill the attendant looked new neither had on bager I got yeld at because I asked for my coffee it took both about 15 or more minutes just to give another cup then they both told me to get coffee from the counter that was fine however earlier the register attendant gave me coffee from the inside of the counter but first of all one gave me a large drink cup for coffee cup and I ask why they were very very rude they seem to be stressed one said to me "don't you see I am doing an order" now I see why fast food employees get in to it with customers, I worked at Walmart for over sixteen years I never acked unseemly or rude to customers. Not sure know if I will ever go back it really made me feel terrible because customers were standing around. Please speaker to these two ladies before they cause a bigger problem. Ordered French toast, the lady barked at me they where out of that. So I kindly asked what else she was out of, so I would know. She got a attitude and replied “NOTHING”. So I placed my order, she didn’t tell me the total. So I assumed she would when I got to the window to pay. When I got to the window she rolled her eyes at me and put her hand out. Snatched my card closed her window without saying a word. Gave me my order and card back and closed the window again. I sat politely and waited. She came back and said what?! I responded Can I have my receipt? She closed her window and left…. Literally left. So another lady came to the window, I asked her how much my order was cause the lady who took it didn’t say it.
