I enjoy the food and the service of all Wendyâs, appreciate the workers because they have to put on a smile and face customers all day long, every day. I recently had an incident to occur the evening of March 4, 2016, around 5 PM at the drive thru. The worker at the window gave me my drinks first, completed my order in its entirety and gave that to me. She gave me the receipt wadded up and I placed in my purse possibly thinking my bank card was contained in that (did not physically look at it). It would be three days later that I realized that I did not have my bank card. I stopped there on a Friday night and did not go anywhere SAT nor SUN. After work on MON I stopped to buy gas and could not find my card and this was the first time that I realized my card was missing. Came home, searched, and looked online for last transaction which was this Wendyâs. I then called this Wendy's to be told that my card that I just has renewed was destroyed by them. They shared that they have a policy after 24 hours they destroy the card if they donât hear from the card owner. Considerations by Wendy's: Change your process: First, worker completes the financial exchange first, tendering change, returning banks cards and receipts before any drinks or foods or handed to the customer. Second, change your policy concerning destroying the customer's bank cards. On a weekend like this you should have allowed at least one business day before you proceeded. 24 hours is not enough time, and this was also a weekend. Other than this incident, I like Wendy's, enjoy the food, the customer service, the friendliness, the convenience and that part will not change on my behalf. However, I do hope that you do take into considerations my suggestions above because now I am the one without a debit card. Folks, if you patronize this Wendy's or any other business make sure that you get your bank card back before you leave...
Read moreA very unfriendly, unprofessional attitude from the drive thru. We paid for our order with a visa debit card, the cashier comes back with our drink but not our card or a receipt. She tells us to pull up because there's a wait on our fries, still without giving us our debit card or receipt. Then about 6 mins later another lady brings our order to our car, still no debit card, receipt and now we noticed no ketchup, straw or napkins. So we have to pull around and I go in and ask for those missing items and the same drive thru lady gives me ketchup packets and still doesn't offer my debit card or any semblance of an apology. So we go back through the drive thru to get the debit card where she finally gives it to us with an irritated look on her face as if she can't be bothered and still with not even a fake apology. Trust and believe I will not be taking my business there anymore and I'm a frequent customer. This is why Chic Fi La is getting so much business and why they'll be getting mine more often. Good customer service should be paramount with any business, especially...
Read moreI had a mobile drive-thru pickup, and everyone acted like I had ordered from another galaxy. I was asked for the last digits of my card number, my name, order number, and still no one could find it. My patience was fried after spending 10 minutes waiting at the pickup window, which is an eternity, especially with a line of cars behind me. My order was for a single patty mushroom burger combo. I was finally handed a bag with two double burgers and two orders of fries, no drink. I told them that was incorrect, and the confusion got worse. After having contact with four different employees who stared at me like I was speaking gibberish and passed the buck to another employee, I considered just driving off. But I wanted my drink and correct order. They gave me another bag with two mushroom double patties, more fries, and the wrong drink. Not sure what the problem was, but wow. I mean, it's cool I got extra food, I guess. But not worth it. The universe gave me the message that I should have just gone home and made a salad. Noted,...
