Cisneros Taqueria#2 — Restaurant in Hanford

First things first. CASH ONLY which delay my visit, Tuesday is closed which was my only day off (the coincidence 😅) Overall the taste is good, 😋 i had some tacos and a burrito. I'm quite picky 😅 and don't do onions plus limit my intake of salsa. However i genuinely think the taste was really good. 😁 At least for the tacos the experience was quite good. 👍 On the other hand the burrito left me a bit disappointed. 💔 I'm used to seen a burrito bursting out of it's tortilla wrapping, like a beautiful butterfly 🦋... Except you know, just more delicious. 😋 I think there's some areas that may need reorganizing to adjust and account for foot traffic. Primarily the topping bar, Its literally in between where you order/ pay and where you grab your food. The options are a bit limited but since i myself don't eat many of them i can't say what would make it better. 🤷 I'll probably try something else later on but for now just know, Tacos are delicious for certain. Pricing.. well everywhere you'll find them for about the same price. 🫤 I think what matters is the taste. 😋 You gotta be doing something right if people are willing to come visit you despite having a Cash...

I recently visited Cinceros and had a mixed experience. The food was generally good, with the cabasa meat being particularly tasty. However, there are a few areas where I think they could improve:

Tortillas: The tortillas could use some enhancement. Better tortillas would significantly elevate the tacos. Condiment Bar: While the condiment bar is decent, it's disappointing that they charge extra for items that are typically free at other places. Drinks: The drinks are limited to soda cans. It would be great if they offered homemade agua frescas to complement the meal. Pricing: The tacos are a bit on the expensive side, and the sodas are overpriced compared to what you can find elsewhere.

During my visit, I didn't notice a lot of customers, but I believe improving the tortillas would be a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, given the overall experience, I would not return. There are other places where I can find better quality tacos and overall value.

Just went in there with my mom since I had been raving about for quite some time. Couldn’t take her due to parking lot renovation going on.

Ordered some carne asada tacos and my mom had the lengua burrito. Everything was so flavorful and fresh just like I remember it. My mom said the lengua was just as good as hers and didn’t take old like some other places have it.

The place is small but you can usually find a spot to sit and enjoy. Same two people running it. And better yet they still have the fresh beans, pico de Gallo, radishes and even added grilled Serrano peppers.

All I can say is that I enjoyed my lunch before class and can’t wait to come...
