Unfortunately the tapioca pearls were hard and it is a sign of undercooked pearls or bad storage. Consuming bad tapioca can be dangerous so I hope they improve this ASAP

Got the redbull Infusion refresher with blue curacao and it was great. They also have smoothies, acai bowls, bubble teas and Frappuccinos

So disappointed. Got the taro milk tea with tapioca. 1- they put so much ice in it i couldn't even get to the boba. Also causing me to finish the drink before I got to the boba but considering it was all ice anyways. 2-the tapioca was WARM AND HARD LIKE CRUNCHY! they were not done and it was so off putting. It was also gritty because they didn't mix the tea powder in all the way. Maybe it's because they are new. But I won't be giving a...
