The Ohio TuesDayTrips gang found Mimi's Donuts and Bakery to be our halfway point through the Butler County Donut Trail. We were out ranking donuts from 1 to 10 and getting stamps on our Passports for a Donut Trail T-Shirt.
Mimi’s had the worst pick of the day, and one of the better ones. The Jelly Filled Bismarck was very good and drew a respectable eight out of ten. However, the Chocolate Cream Filled Bismarck drew a four. It actually should probably have ranked lower as the taste left in the mouth from the cream filling got annoying over time.    Read moreThis shop is a hidden gem! Owners are incredibly friendly and hard working to keep their shop clean and their products fresh! They've added a breakfast and lunch menu since I first found them. They are a great stop on the Donut Trail and you should take a dozen with you! I'm excited to try the Tamales and will update my review!

She was SO sweet and being my first time in person, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. The donuts are so fresh and tasty! Also HUGE! I got 6, a custom assortment of all kinds, for only $10! I recommend the Boston creme completely full after a first bites versus places that only fill a couple bites, the blueberry are my favorite from Dunkin and hers top those!
