Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanson

This place just keeps going more and more downhill. I'm used to there being slow service or a mess-up here and there, but I have not had ONE good experience here in the past 2 months!!! I usually come here after work to get a drink or a bagel, but that will NOT be happening anymore!! I understand that it's mainly teenagers working here for their first job, so I've always been patient and understanding. But they somehow manage to screw up every single order. REALLY?? It's like they aren't even being trained, and Dunkin is hiring ANYBODY out of desperation. Disgraceful. I've had a decent experience before, when we had other workers, but ever since this new boy started taking my order, it gets messed up. I usually order an iced caramel mocha. Popular drink, so I didn't think it was too hard to make. But every single time I've gotten it, it's been messed up. Too much flavor, no flavor at all, unblended, no ice, watered down, etc. Is this place even being managed? I'm not the only one who's had issues here either. Almost all of the people I know who have gone here agree that the service is horrible and the workers are immature and don't seem to care at all. It seems like they're only working there to get money without putting in any effort at all. As a loyal customer of 6 years, I am disappointed to say I will NOT be coming...

This dunks is the worst. Numerous times have ordered something and they fail to listen to directions after repeating them several times to make sure they understand. It’s not that they don’t hear you... they just don’t want to give you what you want the way you want it. Also, just a thought... if I am driving and go to the drive through it’s because I’m avoiding getting out of the car so I can quickly continue my journey... I do not want to pull over or try to put frozen cream cheese on a bagel using a plastic knife while driving... seems pretty basic. You’re already touching the bagel. You’re already stuck in that place for your job... take the extra three seconds! Please put cream cheese on the bagel when I ask or I will bring you my ticket from...

I'm really disappointed with my drink Strawberry Daydream Refresher. The flavor was completely unbalanced - it tasted like cough syrup at first, and I flinched. I thought maybe it was just a bad start, so I took another sip... and it was just as disgusting.

I specifically asked for light ice because I prefer my drinks at a certain temperature, not because I wanted more drink. The attendant seemed to think I was trying to get extra drink, which wasn't the case at all. If I wanted more, I'd buy more. Overall, I'd advise against ordering this drink here. Maybe tweak the recipe and train your staff to understand customer requests better? Definitely won't be ordering this again, and I'm not sure I'll be back...
