Hardee's — Restaurant in Hanson

Stopped to get gas at Love's and get a breakfast sandwich at the Hardee's at the same location. Service starts out slow while staff is busy the cashier is no where be found at 09:52 in the morning. Finally a lady with purple lipstick shows and up asks "and what do you want" kinda weird greeting but oh well I ask for a a Sausage Egg Chz Biscuit and Im told its $5.08 or there about looking at the marque price is $4.09 I ask why and then purple lips replies "I not dealing with this and walks away" shortly a gentleman come up and tells me that it's corporates fault that the prices are set in the store POS regardless of what their menu shows. I would be willing to bet that all items if not most had a different price than their menu shows. left and bad image of trust and most likely will by pass this store on our weekly trip to our house at Barkly...

Wife insisted I go to Hardee's this morning. So, instead of going to a nearby restaurant, I drove the extra 5 miles each way because the times we've gone before service and food were stellar. I made sure to give 5 stars because for every bad review, there are a hundred unwritten good reviews that never happen.

Today was a completely different experience. From the bad service to the worse service when I drove all the way back to correct it. My mistake for expecting the order to be correct and not checking the bag before I left. Anyhow, it's an hour and half later and I'm finally sitting down to eat. Day pretty well ruined since I was on a timeline. In the future we'll stay in Madisonville and not waste our time. I'm sure we may give this location another chance but it'll be a while, until then. Breakfast at Hardee's used to be a daily ritual for my husband and a family tradition every Sunday before church. Their biscuits used to be our favorite, but lately, we've been disappointed. Over the past month, every time we've gone, the biscuits have been so hard that we couldn't even eat them and had to throw them away. Trying to reach them by phone but it's always busy. Even when we ask for softer biscuits when ordering, our request hasn't been honored. At the drive-thru, when we checked, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns.
