Four Seasons Restaurant — Restaurant in Hardin

Food is very good. Southern style. Most servers are good and friendly. One is not. One morning server lady is sometimes short and rude. When you call in and order you feel like your doing something wrong when she answers, and I've lived her 30 years, probably longer than she has. It didn't used to be like that. For the most part I would highly recommend this place but the shortness and making you uncomfortable could change for this particular server. The rest of the servers are great. Dark hair, middle aged. This is a staple of the little town of Hardin and one server shouldn't be ruining the experience I've had here for 30 years

My only complaint with the food is that the white beans have absolutely no seasoning on them at all and they put the slaw in the box with your hot food every time. Who wants hot slaw? I order multiple orders of slaw every time because I like slaw and you would think I would learn that they are going to give me hot slaw every time.

Fix the one server's attitude and the hot slaw and unseasoned beans and I'll change the review to what it really deserves to be. 5 Stars. It is a great 5 star worthy restaurant that I truly do recommend. 3 little issues.

$3.08 Per Soda...× A family of 5 = $15.24 ...pretty extreme...now we know how you pay your kitchen staff by over charging customers $2.08 per soda.

I Have ordered from your restaurant 5 times over 4 years. Not one time have you got my order correct. Customer Service is horrible ..not professional at all not to mention rude. Now the final straw was today when I ordered 2 Burgers and they were definitely old and not fresh...and I know what day old Burgers taste like in the microwave. I am giving your business a D- .

NOTE TO OWNER...train your staff and Customer service to be polite and kind to the customers who are paying your bills. Your place has that "I'm going out of...

Will we waited about a hour for the food to be served. The fish was dry, thin, had no taste, and basically awful. There was people that came in after us that got there food and had left before we got our food. The server took some money off our friends ticket but that is all that was done. I have lived in Marshall county all my life and this place was great when the original owners had the place. Today it was terrible. We paid 25.00 with a 7 dollar tip. The couple we were with paid almost that much. Way too much money for what was served. You need a new cook, better management...
