I was very skeptical having dinner here our first night because I read the reviews and they were authentic issues that happened to those clients. Based on my experience it would seem that there has been some sort of change in management or operations because we had a wonderful time here. First of all, the manager was able to adjust the seating for our party which was not an easy request. Secondly the waiter was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Finally, the food was delicious, my steak was perfect, the octopus was fresh and even the duck was great and that’s a hard one to nail down so two thumbs up 👍.

We were here for the weekend for a wedding and we didn't want to leave the resort so we stopped by here. We were not impressed at all with the food especially for the price. We got the Eggplant Parmesan Fries, the Prosciutto Pizza and the Rigatoni. Everything had to much salt and it was like they were trying to hide the flavor of the food. The waitress was fine and super helpful. The manager walked around and checked up on every table in the restaurant which I thought was nice but then he skipped our table so that ruined that moment.

I was brought to springs bistro for my birthday. Dinner was delicious I had the branzino which was cooked perfectly., apps of Brussels sprouts also very good.. Cocktails were good. Our server was Troy and he was great! And to my surprise chef Lorenzo brought out an in house homemade tiramisu which was so creamy and not over done with lady fingers.. it was a great experience.

Stay far away from this place! First of all, the ambiance was very beautiful so if all you want is a drink and a sunset, this is the place for you... My bad experience started when they sat us in the corner of the uncrowded outdoor restaurant, with the luxurious views out of site. We have 2 kids so it seems as though they did that intentionally and gave the good tables to other groups who did not have kids. The waiter took our drink orders and didn't give us kids cups for water. We had to ask another waiter for the cups. After we ordered our meals, it took 45 minutes for the food to come out!!!! 45 minutes!! My son got a pizza that was definitely a frozen pizza, (it tasted like cardboard) my daughter got pasta with butter, my wife got pasta and seafood (that was not bad), and I ordered a pork chop. I took 2 bites and realized that my pork chop was raw in the middle. It was also very fatty. After sending it back I got back the same pork chop 20 minutes later very overdone. At this point I was done and just wanted the check. So I told the waiter the pork chop was inedeble and I wanted the check. It took him 15 minutes to bring me the check. Then he disappeared, he never came back to take check. At this point I was very aggravated so I walked out and went up to the front of the restaurant. The manager apologized but did not take anything off the check or even offer us coffee or dessert. I visit this area often, but I will never return to this restaurant. It was the worst overall restaurant experience I have ever had. Terrible food and even...

We had reservations for the Bistro for a party of 12 this past Saturday. It took us almost a month to get the correct time for our reservation and we spoke with the front desk numerous times to complete the reservation, as you are unable to speak directly to anyone from the restaurant.

Day of, we received a confirmation call. When we arrived, we were informed that we would not be able to sit together but rather, would be at two separate tables which were a fair distance from one another. This completely defeats the purpose of a family dinner and was not going to work for us.

The hostess explained that it was the only option even though there were many vacant tables. I asked to speak with the manager as this was not conveyed to us at any point (not when making the reservation, not with the confirmation). The hostess left and returned with the solution of putting a party of 12 at an eight top. “It would be tight” tight she said, but she could do it. Again, I told her that this would not work and I wanted to talk to the manager. With a huff, she left to call him.

At this point other members of the party began calling restaurants in the area and we were quickly able to find an alternative. We cancelled the reservation.

The manager eventually surfaced and apologized and would now seat us as a party of 12 at one big table. The manager explained some new policy that apparently was not relayed to us and assured us he would talk to the front desk about communicating it. Too little too late. We took our...

We were a large group and had asked for an appropriate table and although we were ultimately seated at the table we asked for, it took several emails and phone calls to iron things out - something that should have taken 1 call.

The food was good and some of it delicious, such as the swordfish. Most of the dishes, did have portions that were on the small side.

The rating is lowered because of the service. One of the waiters was helpful and kind, the other one was clueless (and did not crack a smile). Serving the main course before clearing the appetizer dishes created confusion at the table. Serving the entrees not at the same time meant that some guests received their meal after others were almost done (makes for an uncomfortable dynamic at the table). Some dishes served without the right silverware (fish stew with no spoon). These are important service standards that were not met.

The manager did stop by to ask if all was well, but we had a sense that he was not paying attention to the actual service taking place at our table. Felt like some of the staff was not properly trained or attentive.

When charging such high prices, all the elements of the dining experience need to be in place. The food should be good (which it was), not stingy, served timely and in a more...
