My fiance went in today around 2:30 to grab our subs we ordered about 20 minutes prior. The order said in process, then completed and ready for pick up. He went in to grab our subs and the lady ( who is mid 40s or 50s i would assume ) said there was no online order. He showed her the receipt on his phone which shows the location, time placed, the cost and also showed that it said completed and ready for pick up. He asked her if she could make it now while he waited and she said no. He then asked for a return and she said hed had to call cooperate. He said legally you cant charge someone for a service or food they didnt receive. She then started getting snippy with him and refused a refund. Her whole attitude while he was being non aggressive was outrageous. Attitude was awful and no respect for customers. ( our bill was almost 30$ we had a very long day and just wanted something quick and easy...this was not easy considering we had to go get food elsewhere.) So when he got to the car we were filing to cooperate over it then to see the order was officially cleared off the app which means it was on their system too. (They have 24 hours to clear it out from the time of ordering) so they obviously had our order.i truly believe they either took the order for themselves or honestly just didnt want to make it or gave it to the improper person considering they never ask to see the online app receipt when you grab the order. Half the time they dont even ask for a name, we several times walked in and said we had a to go order and they just handed it to us ( employees weve never seen before either) . We go to this subways 1 to 2 times a week and always have ordered on the app. Never one problem with the service or the app. Even if it was the apps fault, she didnt have to get so rude and nasty. You cant expect people to ever allow themselves to be talked to the way she talked to my fiance. She definitely, I do not believe should be in customer service. I worked in customer service for years and never treated even the most rude customers with this attitude. I can say, we will never be back to this subway. which is sad because it was our favorite one...
Read moreVisited Subway recently and had a very poor experience. There was no greeting or basic courtesy from the staff. The bread was clearly not fresh—felt like it was from the previous day, very hard and dry, and not even warm. I asked to toast some veggies with my sub, but they only allowed onion and green pepper—no other options were offered.
The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and seemed to be in a hurry, even though there were only a few customers. The tables were dirty, and it looked like no one had cleaned in a while. Even the veggies didn’t look or taste fresh.
Overall, the customer service and food quality were both well below expectations. Definitely not the standard you’d expect...

They refused to make my order or refund me even though I literally had the live order on my phone and showed it to them. Lady was incredibly rude about robbing me too. Reciept in your face yet refusing to refund or make my order isn't very good customer service. Saw her leave at 3pm, 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be picked with a subway bag which probably had my food in it because the apps saying it was picked up.
