Critical: Food handler used bare hands to prepare chicken wrap. Food discarded, hands washed, gloves used. Dust accumulated on shelf storing clean dishes (x2). Table-top can opener has food residues on blade. Bar glasses (rims) stored in condensate water of cooler or on rusty shelf in unit. Chicken wings (pre-cooked): 76°F at 5 p.m./made at 1 p.m.). Person in charge elected to re-heat to 165°F and re-cool at proper time/temp parameters. Chopped onions dated Jan. 19 and Jan. 21; jalapenos and turkey breast missing date marks. Person in charge discarded/corrected date marks. Spray bottles (2) with pink chemical missing common name label. Spray bottle of glass cleaner hanging on shelf with clean air drying dishes. Mouse droppings found on floor near hot water heater prep sink, dry stock room and bar area. Dry stock room needs cleaning attention; pest control operator has serviced facility. Clean and monitor facility and continue to work with pest control company.

Reach-in cooler used for bar glasses has rusty shelf and rusty water accumulated in unit. Grease accumulated on sides of dryers. Crumbs/debris accumulated in 3-door reach-in freezer. Shield in ice machine has black pink residues (mold-like). Shelves in walk-in cooler have black residues (mold-like). Quat test strips unavailable at bar. Hood lights above cooking equipment non-working (x2). Light (by door) in walk-in cooler nonworking. Prep sink had dirty water in sink; clogged? Cove trim missing near hand sink in kitchen. Read moreI dont leave reviews but this needs one. My husband and I had lunch here yesterday after church. We arrived at approximately 12:45. It took us a minute to order food due to me trying to decide what I wanted. I would say we sat for about 10 minutes before we ordered. He ordered 5 wings and chips & salsa. At that time, I ordered an order of fried mushrooms and told the waitress to let me continue to look at the menu. She did! She came back approximately 15 mins later. I then ordered a bowl of chili & a house sald. We waited 15 minutes. She brought the bowl of chili. 5 minutes later she brought the fried mushrooms and the salsa & chips. We ate this food and 15 minutes later she brought my husbands 5 wings (they were rubbery and he order them extra well done/crispy). After waiting another 10 minutes, she brought my salad. The food that I had was all good (chili could have been hotter - it was barley warm) and this is why I give 2 stars otherwise I would given 1 due to the sevice. The time it took to get what we ordered was terrible! The waitress did not check on us, my husband went a good 10 minutes and then ask the waitress to bring him a 2nd beer she did not offer or ask if he wanted another. The place was not busy. Read moreMy husband and I ate at your restaurant on 3.13.23. Our experience was less than pleasant. We were seated right away, which was good. We were asked what we wanted to drink and she returned about 5-6 min later with drinks. Food was ordered. About 20 min later the food was delivered. My Parmesan Garlic wings were dry and had no flavor. Noone checked on us during the meal. Noone asked if our drinks needed refilled. When we were done is when she returned to ask if we needed anything else. I explained about the wings and asked for them to be taken off the bill (they were taken off) and we asked for a box for my husband's wings. She did not return with a box. After about 5-6 min we went to the bar to ask for a box and to pay. Then, this morning I check our account and there are 2 transactions from Red Zone. Not to mention, when we were getting ready to go pay at the bar a couple walks in, seats themselves and OUR waitress is following right behind them with 2 menus and a beer.
