Arby's — Restaurant in Harlan

Told them my order i had ordered two roast beef sandwiches nothing on them and said could you please add another sandwich in the two combos that I ordered well apparently you get charged for 4 combos and they put two sandwiches in all 4 combos after me explaining i my order ok I got it well I always look at my food before I drive back home well this night i made the mistake of not looking at my order and remind you it was dead in the store not busy at all well I get home and they have all this liquid stuff running out of the sandwich well I try to call them and no answer so I guess they got away with 30 dollars of food I didn't order cause they wouldn't answer and if they has a 0 star i would give them a big one will not be back to arby's in Harlan county anymore I guess if we want to order roast beef sandwiches we will go to rax in...

I gave two stars because the Arby's is located inside a gas station where people park all over the place. Trying to get fuel or Arby's you have to drive around gas station customers to get to Arby's located on the far end of gas station and a sharp corner (90 degrees) with a lot of scrapes on the building and your car. A large suv or pick-up almost impossible to navigate the double ninety degree turns. Food is delicious, window servers are clean, friendly, and attentive. This is a great place to eat especially after you been in the mountains all day for whatever reason whether it be on an ATV or hiking. This Arby's has been here for a long time and I have eaten here a lot over the years and enjoy it well. The service is good the parking is decent and I just like the culture the Harlan has to offer.
