I have had some questionable experiences with the company in gerenal and specifically at the Harlem location but yesterday as by far indescribable. I placed an order through the app and it stated that my order would be ready in approx 15 min. When I arrived at the store my presence was not acknowledged at all until another woman walked in behind me but was checked out first. Another gentleman walked in some time after I did and both of the man and the woman had their orders, with order numbers after mine, before me. After about 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby for my order to come up, I walked up to the counter to find out what was going on. Another few minutes there without being acknowledged in any capacity, I finally watched a worker box up the pizza sitting at the edge of the oven that I had been staring at just about since I walked in as well as pull my cheesesticks from a rack below the oven and bring it to me. Knowing where these items were held, I checked the quality of the items. The cheesesticks were barely warm and the pizza was missing a requested topping. I stated that I would not accept these items and when I asked about the missing topping he said "they were supposed to contact you." No one contacted me at all about this. When I stated again that I was not going to accept these items he says "So what, you want a manager?".
My order was refunded and I was offered to remake the order fresh but after waiting all that time with absolutely NO communication to my items I declined, not willing to wait any longer. I have considered in the past driving a greater distance to avoid this location specifically, but after the complete lack of communication, I believe that it will be a good while before I even entertain spending another penny...

I did my order online received my order and it was wrong call the store 1st person answered the phone I asked for the manager Second person got on the phone whom I thought was the manager asked me if I wanted a credit no I don't want A credit I want my food Put me on hold 3rd person comes on the phone as I'm trying to talk she is interrupting me so I talked a little bit louder and then she hangs up I call back and tell her that that was very unprofessional I don't appreciate her yelling at me and I expect my food to be right when I ordered it I put on there special instructions it was not and the pizza that I ordered Automatically comes with chicken there's no chicken on the pizza but she says it's because I clicked the button for no chicken there is no chicken In the topping section of the page so how can I click no chicken if there's not even chicken on there These people are not professional she sounded like she may have been 16 if that I work in the food industry as well I know that the know that the restaurant itself has nothing to do with the online or app or app details but as a customer with me telling you that there is an issue you should say thank you for letting me know and I will get to corporate and let them know what's going on that way They can handle It Needless to say Pizza Hut has lost a customer until they get...

On 12/31/24 I ordered pizza for my family and had to wait nearly 6 hours before getting pizza or getting any results at all which led to me cancelling my order, which the CALL CENTER added a credit! Tonight 01/05/24 I placed an order at 5:34pm for pizza using my credit and was told it would take 25-35 mins to get my order! After waiting 2+ hours I contacted the number for the store which was actually the call center again, upon explaining to them what was going on they emailed the store manager on duty and stated to me they are unsure of why I wasn’t able to speak about my order to the store or anything! I finally received my order at 7:25pm but I will not be ordering again from this location unless they can get it together! Yes I understand being short staffed and such but this is beyond ridiculous! I will be speaking to the corporate management first thing in the morning about these experiences! Do better Pizza Hut! You’re losing...
