The Corner Hub — Restaurant in Harlem

The Corner Hub is an oasis in a desert of coffee spots, with food so good you may find yourself rerouting your trip, just to enjoy it again. Service was friendly and thoughtful (napkins & fork in breakfast sandwich sack), and food was freshly made and very tasty. Donut holes (YUM!!!) still warm, fruit "pizza" on a shortbread crust (oh boy) included the best fresh blackberries we've ever had, Breakfast sandwiches were delicious, with eggs cooked fresh. Zero complaints - cash tip (the only option) was a no-brainer, considering the nice and talented folks serving up such goodies. Drive-up window, or walkup window, it is clearly appreciated by the locals. Check their website for days/hours, which look cut-back after summer. Oh yeah, lattes were tasty, too. Five stars all around --atmosphere is bring-your-own, no indoor seating :).

P.S. If you're in a huge hurry, go ahead and drive 45 miles to find (maybe) another place with coffee drinks and breakfast options as good, but I don't think it'll be there. Fresh-cooked food takes a few minutes. Read the room; this is a friendly peaceful burg where 2 total strangers wished me a good morning. Enjoy the pace, and...

Don't go here unless you have 3 hours of free time, they only cook 1 meal at a time they will have you waiting in line for over 40 minutes before you even order and then they take forever to make the damn food, how hard is it to cook a cheeseburger and slap some damn cheese on top of hot cheetos and call it flaming nachos..........it shouldn't take up my entire lunch break just to get a damn burger..... send someone outside to get orders and cook the food at the same time so you can get people moving nobody wants to sit all damn day for some half ass food.... I will never go...

Excellent burger and fries. We ordered at the drive thru and ate on the picnic table in front. Perfectly...
