We arrived at 10 AM on a Saturday morning. Posted hours say they close at 1 PM. When we walk up to the door, we see a "closed," sign, but people were walking in and out, so we figured they just forgot to take it down when they opened.
When we go in, the waitress sees us, starts slamming dishes and doors, and while glaring at us, mumbles to herself "No one can read a freaking closed sign." She could have used her words and said "Hey guys, I'm actually closed right now," and it would have been no big deal. Instead, she was extremely passive aggressive for no reason. We just left with no acknowledgment from her.

Not only was the service slow, the limited capacity with yellow caution tape, 30 "don't you dare do this and that" signs, cash only and a "ding" menu only a microwave could appreciate.
This is not the west virginia we found elsewhere. The food won't allow for a return visit by itself but everything else makes any follow up visit...
