McDonald's — Restaurant in Harriman

Just wondering does the frappe machines ever ever work! I have been to mc ds from Rockwood to Knoxville TN and not one time have I gotten a frappe I mean come on this is ridiculous!! Harriman MC d messes up orders and their lattes suck which I wanted a frappe but I was told that the frappe machine was busy and I could not order one. Seriously is it so hard to make one or two keep machines working or do thd employees just freak out to have to do 4 frappes in a row??? I worked at Sonic in Wartburg TN and people parked in the grass around the sonic they were waiting 35 to 45 mins to get ice cream during the summer when they ran a special on the ice creams and we never turned down a customer we kept on getting it til every single person was served even if it passed out punch out time so mc ds especially Harriman TN mcds needs to do much better. I can say that the people working there for the most part are super friendly and helpful. Just seriously how many more times will I ask for a frappe from any mcds absolutely ZERO. THE FOOD I got today was reheated almost burnt and it's wasn't even hot just luke warm. The latte was actually disgusting the French fries were not close to warm ??? There's my review. Sorry but I just give up on mcds when I was in high school for many years ago everyone loved mcds because it was always hot food tasted wonderful and people...

We waited 2 minutes for fries to be made, we ordered a spicy snack wrap, cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoe and mayonnaise, a Mchicken, and a cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoe pickles mustard and ketchup, and the whole order came to about a wait of 10 minutes, in return we got a spicy snack wrap that was WAY overkill, tasted like pure hotsauce, and the cheeseburgers were way messed up, one had onions lettuce tomatoe pepper pickles and mayo all onto of the bun not even inside, then the mc chicken was some what decent, the other cheeseburger had no mustard or ketchup, they forgot that, and was terrible overall too, and if that wasn't enough, the fries we waited for, yeah we never got them nor the saucs we wanted. Onto of that, a car waiting for their food and left because they did not get their order right, nor did they get it in a reasonable amount of time. Mcdonalds is the definition of fast food, but this was no joke about how TERRIBLE this service, food, and accuracy was. If I could rate this on a scale 1-10 I would rate it a -5, this had to be the most horrible experience i have ever had with a fast food restaurant, or maybe just place overall. My daughter came in to eat today with her brother and sister and left with a horrible experience. After waiting ten minutes for her food, a young man walked up and called her number. She checked the bag to make sure it was hers and then walked to her table. She then noticed another young man walk up to an elderly gentleman and tell him he thought "that lady took his food." He then proceeded to walk to her table and accuse her of taking the other gentleman's food, all while she and her 11 year old brother were in the middle of eating. She told him it was her order, he called her number and it was the exact thing she ordered, there was no way the other gentleman ordered the exact same thing. The employee then proceeded to tell her he would go check the cameras. This is not how customer service works. Even if he thought she took the wrong order, he should have never confronted a 17 year old child and accuse her of taking someone elses food. He should have gone back and remade the other person's food and apologized for the confusion. I despise this mcdonald's. I doubt we will be back.
